Since 1990, Mason Tillman has become one of the nation's leaders in conducting Disparity Studies.  For more than a decade, Mason Tillman has performed Disparity Studies for cities, counties, special districts, and states. Our firm has the distinction of not having any of its studies legally challenged and has received several prestigious awards for its work.  Mason Tillman has set the research standard for innovative anecdotal data collection and analysis by providing the first model. 

In managing research projects and implementing public policy, we have developed a number of techniques and programs to support public agencies and corporations in their efforts to be effective by utilizing minority and woman-owned business enterprises in an effective and socially responsible manner.  We provide innovative business affirmative action solutions for our corporate and government clients and find that most of our clients are repeat customers.
