Project Manager
The Project Manager supervises the project activities of the project administrators and research staff. In addition, the Project Manager conducts research, performs interviews, analyzes data, writes reports, and delivers oral presentations to clients. Mason Tillman's clients include federal, state, and local governments, as well as corporations. The Project Manager will have frequent interaction with high-ranking governmental officials at the federal, state, and local levels. Our projects include policy research, program evaluation, and social marketing.
We require either a graduate degree or a doctorate of juris prudence and at least five years of work experience. A law degree is useful to interpret case law, write ordinances, and develop public policy and corporate guidelines.
The applicant must have leadership capacity to set strategic directions and to motivate staff to achieve them. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines are mandatory. Competence in WordPerfect is a requirement. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access is desirable.
