Mason Tillman's staff includes computer scientists and statisticians with the expertise to create functional databases to improve an organization's operation.  Mason Tillman has developed a complex database system for data management and data analysis applications that includes data collection and data cleansing programs. 

Our computer assisted surveys, front-end reporting, and anecdotal interview tracking programs are all designed to ensure the efficiency and the quality of the research we perform.  The system is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access to data.

Database Design
Mason Tillman designs Microsoft Office-based data management and data analysis applications customized for each client. First we determine the organization's needs, and then we tailor our applications accordingly. Our front-end interfaces are user friendly so clients can access our applications without delving into the complexity of the database.

Data Cleaning
Mason Tillman utilizes our proprietary data cleaning application to screen out duplicate or invalid records. The program can be used to create lists of unique organizations and individuals.

Data Mining
Mason Tillman uses the techniques of data mining extraction of predictive information from large databases to predict unknown variables based on known characteristics. For example, data mining can be used to predict whether customers will be interested in certain products based on their income, age, or education. This process can be an indispensable tool in marketing strategies.

Data Tracking and Database Management
Mason Tillman integrates existing decentralized or hard copy files into a database system that allows for easy data entry, analysis, and reporting. A centralized relational database can reduce the costs and time to retrieve and analyze data.
