Equity & Diversity Associate

Conduct research on issues related to diversity and inclusion in government contracting, procurement, and hiring practices
-
Conduct literature searches and other independent research
-
Assist with coordinating project activity coordination and communication with internal and external audiences
-
Assist with meeting planning for community outreach events including scheduling, coordinating dates, drafting emails, and social media
-
Assist with preparing project reports, memos, presentations, and proposals
-
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree is required
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to initiate and conduct work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
-
Entry level experience in one or more of the following technical competencies:
-
Statistics
-
Policy writing
-
Research methods
-
Project management
-
High proficiency in online research, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mailchimp, and Salesforce applications
-
Strong writing skills required
